I'thou looking for a way to sync my local relieve with the deject saving arrangement.

If you lot don't listen losing what you already have on the cloud, you tin use the "Delete Cloud Saves" button on the network options folio, and you'll be prompted if y'all want to reupload your local characters.

If you demand to merge them, first back up your local saves (located in "Documents/My Games/Grim Dawn/Save" and and then move that folder someplace else. You lot can so enable cloud saving and use the "Download Cloud Saves" button on the network options folio to go a local re-create of everything in the deject. Y'all'll and so have to merge the two folders dorsum in the salvage location (removing duplicate characters where needed), and reset your cloud storage by using the "Delete Deject Saves" button. At that point you'll be asked if you desire to upload your local saves and, and that will put them all in the cloud.

Where is this network pick folio you talk of ? i reloaded Grim Dawn on a new calculator and lost all my characters,I practise have everything saved on an external hard bulldoze only I ain't the brightest penny when it comes to the more than technical aspect of pulling the saved files out of my external hard drive and I already gave my other calculator to my daughter.

I concur, where are these buttons y'all speak of? the network page has peradventure iii or 4 clickable things on information technology.

I got it now: You need to take clud saving checked on, restart the game, and then those options that the dev said will bear witness upwards.

I am running into the same outcome. When cloud sync is enabled, I can click on delete cloud saves, but and then nothing happens. I fabricated a new graphic symbol, saved information technology to the cloud, and the delete deject saves did not delete it. (I think) Since nada gets deleted, I never get the prompt to upload local characters to the cloud.

I don't mind losing what I have in the cloud, and just want to upload local data to the cloud.

Cloud saves are also saved in some obscure steam user data folder with a agglomeration of numbers in the folder proper name. Do a search for one of the char names on the hard drive to find the folder. This is a different folder than the one used for non-cloud saves...

You have to bank check the option to accept cloud saves on in game. Then may have to restart game to see the download cloud saves option which may exist in a dissimilar options window. Backup first imo

ok I did it and succeed.
I tin can told something step by step.
1. become Choice in principal carte du jour and tick on Cloud Saving and shut game.
2. go port forword in your router (27016) and (or) enable UPnP in your router. (I did information technology both)
iii. open game go Option and so Network tap. yous will see UPnP status Available
if non back to footstep 2.
iv. if UPnP condition Available you will see Delete Cloud Saves. and Download Cloud Saves button then click Delete and Download, your local save will upload to cloud save.
ps. brand anything in Selection on Main menu not in game.
